1. Service Scope & Digital Delivery
Glamticks provides exclusively digital services, including CAD modeling, rendering, and structural matrices (.3DM, .STL formats). All deliverables are transmitted digitally via secure email or cloud links.
2. Development Timelines
Project timelines vary heavily by scope. Basic CAD designs typically require 2-5 business days. Complex architectures (e.g., custom pave setups, intricate bridal sets) require custom milestones agreed upon prior to project initiation. Delays in client communication will naturally extend these timelines.
3. Revision & Modification Quotas
Unless specified in a custom contract, standard design packages include up to three (3) iterative revisions. Major developmental or structural changes requested after initial wireframe or logic approval will incur additional hourly billing at our standard developer rate.
4. Third-Party Costs (Manufacturing)
Quotes provided for CAD and 3D modeling cover our design and architecture labor only. The client is strictly responsible for all third-party manufacturing expenses, including 3D printing resins, casting metals (gold, platinum), and physical gemstones.
5. Casting & Manufacturing Guarantees
While Glamticks utilizes industry best practices for zero-porosity meshing and structural integrity, physical casting variables (such as metal shrinkage, resin burnout temperatures, and jeweler skill) are outside our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific physical yields and are not liable for casting failures resulting from third-party manufacturing errors.
6. Intellectual Property & File Ownership
Upon final payment and project clearance, full commercial rights to manufacture the physical jewelry are transferred to the client. Glamticks retains the right to reuse backend structural logic, prong frameworks, and basic base matrices for future internal projects.
7. Communication Protocols
All official project communications must occur via our designated email (meenakazmi150@gmail.com) or official WhatsApp channels to maintain a strict paper trail. We do not accept project scope changes via verbal phone calls without written digital confirmation.
8. Privacy & Data Security
Client data, design briefs, and proprietary business logic are stored securely and treated confidentially. We will not sell or distribute your contact info. For highly sensitive bespoke collections, NDAs can be signed upon request before CAD drafting initiation.
9. Cancellation Policy
Projects may be canceled prior to the commencement of CAD drafting for a full refund. Once our architects have begun drafting concepts or writing matrices, refunds are strictly prorated based on the labor hours already expended.
10. Chargeback & Refund Finality
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods and custom architectural CADs, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL once final files (.3DM, .STL) have been transferred to the client's email or cloud drive. Because digital files cannot be "returned," no refunds are permitted post-delivery. Any fraudulent credit card or Payoneer chargebacks initiated after the delivery of requested digital assets will be aggressively contested and turned over to collections and legal authorities with full chat/email logs as evidence.
